Bolour Tehran Stone complex Company – Iran is a private joint-stock company incorporated in 1989 at No. 10, Golbon 6, Boostan Boulevard, Shamsabad Industrial suburb, Tehran-Qom Autobahn, Tehran. It is one of the leaders in stone-cutting, which owns many factories and showrooms in Iran. It is one of the main suppliers of stone blocks to manufacturers, contractors, and construction companies within the commercial and residential sectors. The company created a branch in Canada, in 2022.
What We Provide in Our Branch:
TEHRAN-CANADA BLOOR SANG STONE SUPPLIES AND SERVICES INC., the Canadian branch, will provide interior design consulting services and act as the provider of the stones from the parent company. The new company plans to operate within the GTA (Great Toronto Area) initially and slowly expand to other areas of the province, offering its service to small and medium companies. The company will specialize in designing and finishing stone flooring, countertops, and kitchen and bathroom wall coverings for residential and commercial properties. The Canadian company intends to utilize the products manufactured by the Parent company so that it can employ economies of scale in buying in bulk so that the cost of goods imported is kept at minimal levels.

The first step to start the production process is to cut the stone.
After cutting the stone, we go over the pre-caliber level to continue the processing process.
Resins are used to make the stone appear properly.
Sub technology is used to smoothen and make the stone surface shiny.
Regarding to introduce building stones, we can mention granite, marble and travertine stones, which everyone has its own specific characteristics.
For example, travertine stones with less impurities, streaks and a light whitish cream color are more expensive, but they grant more splendor to the buildings which is in fact the main focus of our product line.
Raw mine stones need to go to the cutting process to reach the desired size.
After cutting, we start the caliber or pre-sub process to eliminate possible defects in the stone.
The caliber of each stone varies according to the type of stone because each natural stone needs its own abrasives.
After pre-sub, it is time to improve the quality and hardening of the stone, in which different methods are used.
Epoxy and polyesters can be used to make the stone look different, depending on the type of stone.
At this level, after adjusting the size, the stone is ready to use in the building.
